My Birthday
Today is my birthday and my dad takes me out to breakfast wherever I want to go. It's a tradition but I don't know when it started. I'm gonna go to the donut shop so I can also buy donuts to take to my class at school. I need to hurry up and finish this post because I'm doing it in the morning before I go to school. Today the first person to say happy birthday to me was my younger brother Andrew. He came into my room to tell me happy birthday. I was so happy.

Our tradition in my family is daddy brings a special lunch to school for the birthday kid and then they tell me what special thing they want for supper and what kind of cake they want. One year my son wanted a pumpkin pie instead of cake! So that's what we had!!

Happy belated birthday, Julia! My dad used to take us out for breakfast on our birthdays, too. It`s a wonderful tradition! We used to always have Eggs Benedict, even though that meant searching for a restaurant that served it sometimes. It`s great to have that alone time with your dad, isn`t it?
